When you stay with us, you're resting in a room cleaned without bleach, harsh chemicals, or synthetic disinfectants. We use two trusted non-toxic systems — the Ladybug steam vapor cleaner and Branch Basics plant- and mineral-based concentrate — to keep every room genuinely clean, top to bottom.
The Ladybug transforms ordinary tap water into high-temperature steam that disinfects on contact. It's equipped with TANCS® (Thermal Accelerated Nano Crystal Sanitation) technology, which modifies the mineral structure of tap water to rapidly destroy a broad range of microorganisms. Peer-reviewed studies have shown that TANCS-equipped steam vapor systems can eliminate pathogens like MRSA, VRE, and C. diff in seven seconds or less — faster than traditional chemical disinfectants, which often require ten minutes or more of dwell time.
For everyday cleaning — surfaces, glass, laundry, floors, and bath — we use Branch Basics, a plant- and mineral-based concentrate that's free of fragrance, dyes, preservatives, and the harsh chemicals found in most commercial cleaners. It's safe enough for nurseries and powerful enough for a full-service hotel.
Together, the two replace an entire closet of conventional products. Hotter, gentler, cleaner — using little more than water and a few plant-based ingredients.
